Resolution MOIMS-SM&C WG-R-2016-08-001: Approval to release CCSDS 
523.2-M-1, Mission Operations Message Abstraction Layer ? C++ API, for 
CCSDS Agency review 

The MOIMS AD,
CONSIDERING that the MOIMS/SM&C Working Group has completed work on the 
proposed draft Recommended Standard for ?Mission Operations Message 
Abstraction Layer ? C++ API?;
and RECOGNIZING that this document has the approval of the SM&C WG Chair 
and the full endorsement of the MOIMS AD;
RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group releases the document 
as a draft Recommended Practice for CCSDS Agency Review.
