Dear Brian,

based on the recent decisions of CESG, could you please update the CWE as 
follows:

- DAI: chair: David Giarretta (UKSA), deputy chair: vacant

- SM&C: chair: Dan Smith (unchanged), deputy chair: Sam Cooper (ESA)

- MP&S: chair: Mehran Sarkarati (ESA), deputy chair: Steve Chien (NASA) - 
both were "acting".
