[MOIMS] MOIMS Distribution List

Dear all,

To my surprise I found out that the MOIMS distribution list 
(moims at mailman.ccsds.org) was open to everyone and included all sort of 
people except you. I always thought that this distribution list was 
supposed to include 
1. MOIMS AD and DAD
2. MOIMS WG chairs and deputy-chairs.

Now it is the case. Therefore, this address can be used whenever there is 
need of communication at MOIMS management level.
