Dear all,

Please find attached the notes taken during my partial attendance to the 
OGC 86th Technical Meeting held in ESA/ESRIN, Frascati, Italy.

A potential synergy between both organizations is drafted in the last part 
of the notes.

This topic will be included in the CESG Agenda for 1st Nov 2013, and it 
will be brought to the CMC attention during its meeting at Montreal.
