[MOIMS] CESG - MOIMS Resolution Nr 3 after last Fall 2013 CCSDS meeting - Publication of PAIS as recommended standard

The following resolution has been approved by MOIMS AD.

MOIMS-DAI WG-R-2013-02-003, Resolution recommending the issue of  CCSDS 
CCSDS 651.1-R-1 (updated) PRODUCER-ARCHIVE INTERFACE SPECIFICATION (PAIS) 
as a CCSDS Recommended standard

The CCSDS Engineering Steering Group: 

CONSIDERING that  CCSDS CCSDS 651.1-R-1 (updated) PRODUCER-ARCHIVE 
INTERFACE SPECIFICATION (PAIS) has completed the CCSDS Reviews

CONSIDERING that the CCSDS Standards Track requirements for Blue Book 
promotion have been satisfied

and AFFIRMING that the MOIMS DAI Working Group has resolved all issues

and PRESUPPOSING that the Mission Operations and Information Management 
Services Area recommends that the document be published as a Recommended 
standard

APPROVES publication of  CCSDS CCSDS 651.1-R-1 (updated) PRODUCER-ARCHIVE 
INTERFACE SPECIFICATION (PAIS)

and 

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group Chair initiates the 
required CESG poll for its approval
