[MOIMS] CMC comments on Strategic Plan

Dear all,

Please find attached a consolidation of all CMC comments in a powerpoint 
presentation

There are a set of additional comments as follows

my views marked just in red
Peter's views indicating issues that the CMC really must clarify, marked 
with bold underline, 
and another set of Peter's suggested comments or approaches marked just in 
bold.

Peter also added a new page 7 that provides some proposed definitions for 
how the four different document types that were discussed might be 
described as to contents, audience, and source of the materials. 





I would like to have your comments (also in particular those relevant to 
your WG) by end May 2013. I am sure that we need to iterate in order to 
agree the final version.

CESG shall send its feedback to the CMC by end June 2013

I attach, for the sake of completeness, the big picture presented by ESA 
and the Strategic Plan
