Area Directors: in advance of the Cleveland meeting, could you please ask 
your WG chairs to check the status of any “behind schedule” items in the 
project view? --

Roberto and Takahiro: three documents in two working groups deserve 
special attention, because their schedules show that the documents were 
supposed to be completed in 2010.  But Delta DOR is still chugging towards 
completion and I believe that the work on templates for the Cross Support 
Service Agreement and Cross Support Service Catalog was terminated. 
 
The problematic document are these:
