Please find attached the MOIMS Room requirements

In Summary:

We need 4 rooms as folllows

   1 room for MOIMS Plenaries and SM&C WG meetings (40 - 45 persons)
   Whole week
   1 room for NAV WG (10 persons)                                       Whole
   week
   1 room for DAI / IPR meetings (15 persons)
   Whole week
   1 room for IPR or DAI Splinter meetings (8 persons)
      Wednesday and Thursday only
