[MOIMS] Preliminary planning for Spring 2006, Rome

Dear all,

I need asap a preliminary planning for the room requirements for our next
CCSDS meeting in Rome.

Please confirm the following:

We need 3 rooms in total

MOIMS Plenary           Monday 12th June  09.00 - 10.00 hrs       1 room to
be used during the week by SM&C WG (40)
SM&C WG           rest of week                              Same room (20)
Nav WG            rest of week                              1 room (10)
DAI & IPR WGs           rest of week                              1 room (15)
MOIMS Plenary           Friday 16th June  14:00 - 16:00 hrs       1 room used
during the week by SM&C WG (40)
