[MOIMS] Template for WG report

Dear all,

As we did in the Spring, I'd like to adopt a standard reporting format for the
WG Reports that you will present at the MOIMS Plenary meeting on 18th November
2004 at 15:00 hrs (DAI / IPR WGs via telecon). That should make it much quicker
to assemble the MOIMS report. The suggested PPT template is attached.
