Subject: CESG RESOLUTION CESG-03-011: Working Group Charter Approval

In response to CESG Resolution CESG-03-011, the Secretariat conducted an
electronic poll of the CCSDS Management Council, beginning 2003-11-17 and ending
2003-11-28, to seek approval of the following proposed CCSDS Management Council
Resolution:

MC-E03-10.  The CCSDS resolves to approve the integrated set of Working Group
charters, contained in Final-B version of the CESG Working Group Charters
document, as the baseline framework for the current CCSDS technical Program of
Work.

Result: Eight of ten CCSDS Member Agencies responded to affirm the proposed
resolution.  One Member Agency, RSA, did not respond but is presumed not to
disagree.  One Member Agency, CNES, partly affirmed with the following
qualifier:

"CNES agree WG Charters in term of content but has to confirm the CNES
participation (answer foreseen by first week of december 2003)"

The Resolution is therefore conditionally adopted, pending confirmation of CNES
participation.
