[MOIMS-TEL] Plans for MOIMS-TEL as we near the Fall 2015 CCSDS Meeting

Teleroboticists:

While it is true that the MOIMS-TEL group has not been active this past year (let’s call it “quiet” — one energy level above idle), Mehran Sarkarati and I have a plan to complete our Green Book and send it to the CESG in time for there to be discussions at the November meeting of next steps for the TEL working group.

Although we have lost momentum since Lindolfo’s passing, the Green Book is substantially complete in its concepts, mostly needing a good cleaning of the remaining notes we’ve collected.

Mehran is currently on vacation and I expect to advance this plan when he returns on September 9.
