[MOIMS-TEL] Invitation to Collaborate on the Telerobotic Operations Services Green Book Development

This is an invitation to another CCSDS Telerobotic Operations Working Group meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 7:00 AM US Pacific, 3:0­0 PM CET (Europe). The instructions for participation are the same as outlined earlier.

I encourage anybody who has time to participate to do so. For those that can’t participate realtime, please feel free to review the document offline. The instructions are located below. We currently have many reviewers with access to the document.

Instructions for using Google Docs

In order to collaborate in document editing, you will need to:
Provide your Google account name to David Mittman or Lindolfo Martinez, who will then share the document with you for editing.
You can then view and edit the document by visiting https://drive.google.com.
If you do not have a Google account and do not wish to create one, we will provide you with a special link to use in order to view and edit the document. Using this link method, your edits will be “anonymous,” and you are encouraged to include your name along with any edits you might make for tracking purposes.
We recommend contacting either David.S.Mittman at jpl.nasa.gov or lindolfo.martinez-1 at nasa.gov to verify access to the Green Book on https://drive.google.com
We will also make the most recent version of the document available in CWE.

Instructions for using VSee

In order to participate in the live chat and video conference, you will need to:
Ensure pc camera and microphone are installed
Go to www.vsee.com
Follow the instructions for downloading and installing the VSee product. (May require administrator privilege on your computer.)
Start VSee
Select the camera icon and connect to david.s.mittman at nasa.gov or lindolfo.martinez-1 at nasa.gov
We recommend contacting either david.s.mittman at nasa.gov or lindolfo.martinez-1 at nasa.gov to test connectivity prior to January 28. 2014.
We would appreciate as much involvement as possible in this next phase of the Telerobotic Operations Services Green Book process. Please do not hesitate to contact David or Lindolfo if you have any questions.
