Minutes :

·        HTTP/XML update status

o   All the RIDs were covered

o   Pending:

§  Book update and exchanges with CCSDS editors

§  Agency Review status unknown (waiting for Mehran's answer)

o   Dominik thinks the book update can be done in end of November (except CCSDS editorship that goes with the agency review).

·        HTTP/XML 2nd prototype => JPL or CNES?

o   JPL evaluating if they can take this 2nd prototype. Dominik says that the prototype would be an update of the previous prototype so he speaks about a hundreds of

·        SPP update status

o   Update of the book has started. Stefan will have the book in line with HTTP/XML (same section and description logic)

o   DLR' implementation is updated in parallel

o   Goal: Having a first draft mid of January

·        M&C prototype status

o   API of the backend fully implemented

o   Dataset implemented

o   Tests partially implemented

o   CNES Prototype partially implemented (80%)

o   Elmar takes the action to go back to César to have a status

·        GB update status

o   Progress on several sections

o   Diagrams to re-do, so that we have the sources

o   Section "Deployments" to enhance

o   Goal: Sending a final draft in January and do a dedicated meeting for proof-reading.

·        Security chapter for the GreenBook

o   Agreement in Fall: Elmar will start from Dominik's outline and will summarize the magenta book. All that goes to section 5 of the GB, and practical recommendation in section 6.4

·        Reminder of the general actions (for all)

o   XTCE: collection of agency pain points (ESA, DLR, JPL)

o   SSA (Space Situation Awareness): collection of agency needs (ESA, DLR, JPL). You can find CNES' expression in the "2025/Fall Meeting" folder on CWE

o   Standardization of operational procedures for relay operations: is there a need in your agency?
