[Moims-sc] Update of Reference Model Magenta Book

Dear SM&C Working Group,

please find attached an updated version of the Reference Model Magenta Book. It has been brought in line with the MAL v2 revision and incorporates changes to security topics that address issues identified in the last review.

Please note that some figures still need to be updated. Comments are attached to these figures describing the desired changes. Some more comments point out issues that might need clarification and/or discussion.

I ask you to review the document and provide feedback well before the Huntsville Spring Meeting, so I can produce a consolidated and (hopefully) final version for quickly going into the Agency Review process. Thank you!
