[Moims-sc] MO Reference Model Magenta Book update

Dear all,

please see the link below for an updated version of the MO Reference Model Magenta Book, which now contains changes discussed during the Berlin meeting.

Because most major changes were incorporated before the Berlin meeting this draft mainly consists of minor changes and finishing touches. Currently, there is no dedicated discussion planned for the Mountain View meeting.

@Sam: It would be great if you can provide updates to some of the graphics. I have annotated them with the necessary changes. Thank you!
