Resolution MOIMS-SM&C WG-R-2018-10-001.1: Approval to publish the Magenta 
Book CCSDS 523.2-R-1, Mission Operations - Message Abstraction Layer C++ 
API

The MOIMS AD,
CONSIDERING that the book Mission Operations - Message Abstraction Layer 
C++ API (523.2-R-1) is a chartered project of the SM&C WG and has 
undergone the Agency Review,
and RECOGNIZING that no RIDs have been raised during the Agency Reviews,
REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate the polls to release the 
recommendation as a CCSDS Magenta Book.
