Resolution MOIMS-SM&C WG-R-2017-04-002: Approval to release CCSDS 
522.0-R-2, MO COMMON SERVICES, for CCSDS Agency review 

The MOIMS AD,
CONSIDERING that the MOIMS/SM&C Working Group has completed the work, 
including two internal reviews, on the proposed draft Recommended Standard 
for ?MISSION OPERATIONS ? COMMON SERVICES?,
and RECOGNIZING that this document has the approval of the SM&C WG Chair 
and of the MOIMS AD,
RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group releases the document 
as a draft Recommended Standard for CCSDS Agency Review.
