Resolution MOIMS-SM&C WG-R-2016-07-001: Approval to release CCSDS 
524.2-W-0, Mission Operations - Message Abstraction Layer Binding to 
TCP/IP Transport and Split Binary Encoding, for CCSDS Agency review 

The MOIMS AD,
CONSIDERING that the MOIMS/SM&C Working Group has completed work on the 
proposed draft Recommended Standard for ?Mission Operations - Message 
Abstraction Layer Binding to TCP/IP Transport and Split Binary Encoding?;
and RECOGNIZING that this document has the approval of the SM&C WG Chair 
and the full endorsement of the MOIMS AD;
RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group releases the document 
as a draft Recommended Standard for CCSDS Agency Review.
