[Moims-sc] Comments to MAL Binding to TCP/IP Transport and Split Binary Encoding

Dear Mehran, dear SM&C WG members,

please find attached some DLR comments to the MAL-TCP/IP Binding draft.

Most are minor issues, but I'd like to point out the ones probably needing some discussion:

·         SG25: Publish update decoding by broker

·         SG26: closing of connections

·         SG14, SG28: proper inclusion of encoding formats in the book
