Mario,
 
Attached are the indivudual comments from NASA on the MO Services RED 
BOOK.
 
Lindolfo has been out sick for several days so we have not had a chance 
yet to post them.
 
These comments combine inputs from multiple NASA Centers and reflect the 
NASA position statement sent out yesterday.
 
Note that most of the comments can be handled without changing the 
technical specification of any service.
