[Moims-nav] Reference in CCSDS 502.0-B-3

Hi,

Thanks for the new ODM blue book. I noticed a link to the wrong
location. In the OEM covariance reference frame definition in Table 5-4
it says:

Select from the accepted
set of values indicated in 3.2.3.2 or
3.2.4.9.

But Section 3.2.4.9 does not contain information about reference
frames. And section 3.2.3.2 contains information about time systems.
What sections are the correct references?
