This is to inform you that for the first time the tutorial titled "
Introduction to CCSDS Mission Operations Services Standards" will be given 
in the context of the GSAW 2016 conference (http://gsaw.org/) on 29Feb 
from 13:00 to 16:30 in the Los Angeles area (near LAX).

Dear MOIMS-NAV:

The CCSDS Navigation Working Group has been working for a while on a document called the "Pointing Request Message" (PRM). The PRM is currently in the "Agency Review" period, where commentary is solicited from the larger space community.
