MOIMS-NAV WG-R-2015-03-001: Resolution to approve new MOIMS NAV WG 
projects 

The MOIMS AD

CONSIDERING that the CCSDS require the 5-year maintenance of approved 
specifications

and RECOGNISING that adequate resources for the start of the projects have 
been granted by CNES, ESA and NASA,

REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate a CMC poll for approval of 
the resources for the following projects as defined in the CWE framework:
·       Project: Attitude Data Message, Blue Book: CNES Editor and 
Prototype 1 (
