Dear CESG-All,

Please review the following and see attached for the additional details/logistics you may need for next week.

Run of Show/Opening Plenary Agenda + Sign In Sheets (attached)
If you are a presenter on the Opening Plenary agenda, please register promptly at 8AM in the Audimax 1 located in the H building, where the Opening Plenary will begin promptly at 8:30.

Your sign in sheets are attached if you'd like to print them ahead of Monday, however, I will have them for pick up at the registration table. During registration, please indicate you are a working group chair, and ask for the corresponding sign in sheet. If you miss picking up your sign in sheet and you are unable to print, please let me know and I will make sure you receive a copy.

After the conclusion of the Opening Plenary, there will be an intermission for working groups to touch base/discuss logistics, followed by a longer lunch break prior to the Interoperability Workshop which will begin at 13:30 in the Audimax 1.

WiFi instructions and a QR code are on the last pages of the Info Packet, attached.

TUHH General Logistics/Campus Map +Meeting Rooms/Coffee Breaks and Lunch
A map of the TUHH campus is attached, showing where buildings A, D, and H are located.

Coffee breaks will occur daily at 10:30 and 15:00 in the H building (rooms H 0.09 and H 0.05). Lunch will be served daily 12:30-13:30, compliments of ESA, in the H-Foyer.

Audio/Visual + General On-Site Support
There will be TUHH staff members on site and available for A/V support, their contact information will be shared during the Opening Plenary, and as always, I will be onsite to support as well (my contact is 1-443-472-7059 - I am also available via this contact through WhatsApp) 🙂

ESA/CCSDS Evening Reception
There will be an evening reception hosted on Wednesday, 17 September, graciously hosted by ESA.
