[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] CDM P1.3 Relative Metadata Modification proposal

Hi All,

Apologies, last night I sent out a version of the CDM incorrectly labelled P1.2 internally, it was late here in the UK!  The document was a correct version of the draft, except for the internal numbering, please find attached a corrected document detailing the RELATIVE_DATA_WRT keyword proposal to enable a second relative metadata section for your consideration.
