[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] CDM P1.4 Document and Test Plan - Final ready for testing

Hi All,

I should learn never to use the word "final".

Following further discussion with TraCSS is has been agreed that the optional second relative metadata section and corresponding RELATIVE_DATA_WRT keyword will not be implemented in the CDM.  Therefor, please find attached CDM P1.4 and the corresponding test plan, this is the version to be used for testing and is a reversion to P1.2 plus the editorial changes we made at the spring meetings.

Would the organisations that kindly signed up for performing tests please advise as to when they might be able to perform the relevant testing.

Please feed any comments on the CDM P1.4 document back to me for inclusion into P1.5 and also any revisions required for the test plan.

As previously mentioned I will be on vacation between 12th July and 10th August so if we can make some progress before I leave that would be great, otherwise I'll pick stuff up again on my return in August.
