SPRING 2024 TECHNICAL PLENARY, CESG MEETING, AND LUNAR INTEROPERABILITY FORUM
The National Institute of Standards and Technology will host the CCSDS Spring meeting series in Washington, DC at the Department of Commerce – Herbert C. Hoover Federal Building.  The main technical meeting series will be held from 29 April through 3 May. [Note: This will be a five-day technical meeting.]

The CESG will meet the following week, Monday, 6 May, and then host the Lunar Interoperability Forum<https://urldefense.us/v3/__https:/public.ccsds.org/LunarForum.aspx__;!!PvBDto6Hs4WbVuu7!JIpw7BU4vEHwfY9XtRwnTboFHCN-FOWeSqHlixj5f1Ui4p1JeBHSEYa_SSqnyxDwbNooSv6sDq5VmdbXCGvGpV1Gfju51TE$> on Tuesday, 7 May (flyer attached).

You will be asked a few additional questions prior to your arrival to process your registration. Attendees not completing the pre-arrival questions will not be permitted to enter the facility.

  *   All Users should review their User Profile before registering for the Fall 2023 Meetings.
  *   After your meeting registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, like in previous registrations, and you will also receive a URL that allows you to edit your registration, even after registration closes.
  *   Registration will close on 25 April 2024 provide sufficient time for final security requirements, logistics, and meeting planning by NIST.
  *   If your attendance at the meetings is tentative, please register now. You may cancel your registration at a later date should it become necessary.
  *   All attendees who require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes should already have their letter. However, if you do not have a letter, please contact the Secretariat (mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org immediately to arrange one.
  *   Dress for the Technical Plenary meetings and Lunar Interoperability Forum is Business Casual.

Fall 2024 TECHNICAL PLENARY MEETING & MANAGEMENT MEETINGS

The UK Space Agency will host the Fall 2024 Technical Plenary and Management Meetings in London, England . The technical meetings will be held from 04-08 November 2024. The CESG Executive Committee will meet on 11-12 November 2024.  The CCSDS Management Council will meet on 13-14 November 2024.  More preliminary information will be available after the Spring 2024 meetings.  Please let the Secretariat know if you need a visa letter to attend the Fall 2024 meetings (mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org).

CCSDS MEMBERSHIP, PARTICIPATION, IMPLEMENTATIONS
Here are some reminders that are important whether or not you or your organization is going to attend a CCSDS meeting.

  *   If you are from a government agency that is not yet a CCSDS Observer Agency, you should consider registering your organization as a CCSDS Observer.
