[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Reminder: CCSDS Navigation WG 29-Mar-2023

Attached are action items and a draft Spring Meetings schedule for the Nav WG. The Spring schedule is an early cut based only on items in progress and my assessment of their relative priorities. It will certainly need adjustment based on presenter travel plans and other constraints such as plans of the MOIMS Area Director (e.g., time of plenaries), plans of the Secretariat (e.g., Boot Camp), availability of the SANA Team, etc.
