[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Request for Area Director Review and Resolution for CCSDS Conjunction Data Message V.2 "Agency Review" Draft

Dear Daniel:

In accordance with Section 6.2.2.2.1 of the "Organization and Processes for the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems", I am forwarding you the latest version of the Conjunction Data Message (CDM) Version 2 draft (Pink Book P-1.0.7), which will hopefully result in a Resolution from you requesting Secretariat Document Processing and the initiation of CESG and CMC Polling for Approval to release the document for Agency Review. Also attached is a comparison of the CDM P-1.0.7 Pink Book compared to the CDM version 1.0 Blue Book. Due to the addition of new content and rearrangement of annexes in Version 2, the changes are fairly extensive.

This document was listed in the Fall 2023 Navigation WG report as a "Further Resolution Anticipated in the Next 6 Months" (i.e., NAV-05: To submit the Conjunction Data Message Pink Book 1.0.7 for Secretariat Data Processing and Agency Review).

Please advise if there is anything further you require before issuing a Resolution.
