[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Request for CESG/CMC "Approval to Publish" Polling

Attached is the most recent update of the Navigation Data Messages Overview, Green Book 2.0.3., for Secretariat Document Processing and CESG/CMC "Approval to Publish" polling. Also attached is a version showing the changes between the current G-2 Green Book and the G-3 draft. Once approved for publication, the document will be CCSDS 500.2 version 3 (CCSDS-500.2-G-3). This request for Resolution corresponds to Resolution 1 from the Navigation WG report to Area Director from the recently concluded Fall 2022 Meetings (Resolution 1: Submit the Navigation Data Messages Overview Green Book Version 3 for CCSDS Editor processing and CESG/CMC Polls).

Please advise if there is anything else you need to support your Resolution.
