Per your request, here is the "simple report" on Nav WG projects in progress as of our 12-Jan-2022 telecon.

500.2 Navigation Data Messages Overview - Green Book (V.2): The CMC Poll for an update to this document was approved. Project not yet started.

502.0 Orbit Data Message (ODM V.3): Agency Review of the ODM update was completed 14-Dec-2021. The WG has had two telecons focusing on RID resolution and that process is nearly complete. Prototype development is in progress.

503.0 Tracking Data Message (TDM V.3): Idea collection for this document update is still in progress. No draft has yet been prepared. We anticipate a first Pink Book just prior to the Spring 2022 meetings.

504.0 Attitude Data Messages (ADM V.2): A proofreading review of the Version P1.12 ADM Pink Book update was recently completed. The comments from that proofreading review have largely been processed; a few remain to be resolved. It is anticipated that the document will be sent to you for Area Director review in the next week or so.

505.0 Navigation Data Messages XML Specification (NDM/XML V.3): A CMC Poll for a new project to create Version 3 of this document (to accommodate changes to ODM V.3 and ADM V.2) was approved and the project is in the initial planning stages. We will soon propose a revised schema naming system that, if accepted, should eliminate the need for the CDM, RDM, and TDM corrigenda that were necessary when version 2 of the document was published. Coordination with SANA will be required.

507.0 Navigation Events Message (NEM V.1): Distribution of the first NEM White Book has been further delayed due to the fact that the NEM has the same Lead Editor as the ADM Version 2 update, which has higher priority.

508.0 Conjunction Data Message (CDM V.2):  A P1.0.2 Pink Book should be available in January.

509.0 Pointing Request Message (PRM V.1): After correspondence with the MOIMS/MP WG, a very minor Corrigendum will be submitted.


Recently published standards/other documents with no action necessary: 500.0 Navigation Data - Definitions and Conventions Green Book (V.4), 508.1 Re-Entry Data Message (RDM V.1).
