Subject: [EXTERNAL] [CCSDS-All] CCSDS Fall 2021 Meetings will be held remotely

Dear CCSDS Community,

As many of you were no doubt expecting, the CCSDS Technical, CESG, and CMC Meetings scheduled for 18-28 October 2021 in Toulouse, France will instead occur remotely. Due to the current global health climate and travel restrictions, it would not be feasible to host the meetings in person or fair to ask any of you to attend. If you have outstanding travel reservations, please cancel them as soon as possible.

As with the meetings this past spring, Working Groups will meet remotely instead of in-person. The CESG will discuss potential approaches for remote meetings and will provide guidance to Areas and Working Groups at a later date. A page will be added to the CCSDS pubic website for these remote meetings and will provide a single source of information and resources.

The CESG and Secretariat will keep you informed of plans in the coming weeks. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org>.
