Attached are materials for the "divide & conquer" proofreading of the ADM P1.12 that Alain and Julie have recently completed. The "changes accepted" version is attached because this is meant to be a "proofreading review" rather than a "technical review" (i.e., changes tracked are not necessary). A blank CRM is attached for your comments. Finally, the section assignments are attached.



This is a proofreading review based on the assessment that this version of the ADM is technically ready for publication.



Each assignment is 19 pages: 114 pages requiring proofreading, 6 groups of reviewers. Alain and Julie are exempt from this proofreading review based on the premise that document editors may be too close to their work to spot small discrepancies, and they've already paid their dues by getting the document to this point.



Please note your assignments in the attachment, review the assigned pages for editorial corrections, fill out the CRM if you find anything that needs to be corrected***, and send it to Alain, Julie, and me by 22-Dec-2021. You may also send to the WG mailing list if you prefer. Note that you are free to proofread more of the document if you so wish, but please try to cover the assigned pages.



I apologize for the short time frame, but we are trying to achieve the goal of having some RIDs to disposition for the Spring 2022 Meetings which commence 09-May-2022. That overall schedule is very tight.





*** Definition of "anything that needs to be corrected": The focus of this effort is grammar, spelling, awkward wording, missing words, etc. However, from a technical standpoint, if you think there is something that is truly WRONG, identify that; if there is something UNCLEAR, suggest a clarification. Otherwise, if it's stylistic or opinion or alternative technically valid formulation, leave it alone in this proofreading. Ignore any page numbering errors or footer artifacts; these will be corrected by the CCSDS Technical Editor.
