I put Option #1 and Option #4 in strike through text in the document to show that they were deprecated, but not deleted. We have 2 people (Dan, Brian) that will attend the ISO meetings, which leaves 10 or so people that won't. Depending on the option that the overall group decides, I can arrange the agenda to avoid the week of 17-May to 21-May for ODM and CDM.

So all 4 options are available.

OK. I’ll tell you.
But there something I misunderstood.
Based on the latest agenda proposal (CCSDS-navwg-virtual-spring-meeting-2021-agenda-proposals-draft2), I thought options 1 and 4 were abandoned.
I understand that’s not the case ?

Hi David,

Mon 24-May-2021 is a holiday in France (Whit Monday).
and Fri 21-May-2021 is a non-working day at CNES.

So neither option 2 nor 3 is ideal.
Regarding days dedicated to ADM : OK for me.

Attached are the proposed meeting schedules for the Nav WG Spring 2021 Meetings.

Option #1: Three Week Meeting Series, Two Meetings per Week (12 Meeting Hours)
Option #2: Two Week Meeting Series, Three Meetings per Week (12 Meeting Hours)
Option #3: Two Week Meeting Series, Two Meetings per Week (8 Meeting Hours)
Option #4: Three Week Meeting Series, Three Meetings per Week (18 Meeting Hours)


Please take a look at the proposed meeting structures, and keep in mind that the assignment of topics to dates is still TBD. The week of 17-May-2021 through 21-May-2021 is deprecated, but still possible. Respond with your priority ratings for the meeting dates from most preferred to least preferred.

Example: Most preferred = 4, next=2, next=1, least preferred = 3. Respond 4213.

Please respond by end of next week, 23-Apr-2021.
