[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] FW: CCSDS Nav WG Virtual Spring Meetings Webex (11-May-2020)

Here's a reminder of our first "Virtual Spring Meeting" tomorrow, Monday 11-May-2020.

I've attached a few things:

1. A calendar item in case you need it (you probably don't)

2. A virtual meeting protocol for us to use. Please familiarize yourself with it. It is a synthesis of: (1) a protocol that Dan sent a while back, (2) a protocol that was used successfully in an online class I recently took, and (3) a protocol used for a NASA HQ Review of one of my other assignments. None of these completely fit the bill, so I took pieces from each.

3. An updated "Introduction to Nav WG" presentation. We won't spend much time on this, but I'll take 5 minutes or so at the beginning of the meeting to go over a couple of pages.

4. An updated Action Items list. These are the action items from Fall 2019, with current status. Most everything that was open I simply pushed out until after these virtual meetings. We won't spend time on these Action Items during the week given the short meeting format, but I'll add new items as necessary during the week and send out a revised list at the end of the week.
