[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Draft Minutes from CCSDS Nav WG Fall 2019 Meetings

Dear David,

Some small editorial comments from me:
on p 4 ESA is misspelled as EAS (in the paragraph numbered 1)
on p 4 I think there should be a '-' between 'capital' and 'intensive'
on p 5 there should be comma between 'SC13' and 'SC14'
not a comment, but I greatly enjoyed this sentence: They have named the 
group "Time Management", which sounds more like a personal management 
topic rather than a technical topic.
on p 8 I think the GmbH after 'Ratskeller Hausbrauerei' should be removed. 
It is the German abbreviation for a limited liability company 
(Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung)
on p 10 'one for each message' should be replaced with 'one for each 
book', as the Green Book does not specify a message
on p 14 Tim Flohrer did seem to have some interest in the concept, 
however. It was actually Klaus (not present at the time) who had the 
interest in the message, Tim was relaying said interest.
