[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] TDM Test Plan/Report 1.8

I have attached an updated version of the TDM Test Plan (version 1.8) (changes tracked and changes accepted). Changes are as follows:



1. Reflects recent test results on Test Case #3 from Ralph/DLR.

2. Reflects agreement from Fall 2019 Meetings to substitute DLR/GSOC for NASA/JPL on Test Case 4.

3. Reflects addition of DSN=>JPL Nav on Test Case 2.

4. Minor edits throughout to keep pace with recent discussions and TDM document changes.

5. I removed the "Prototype Version #" from the Test Data Sheet since it was almost always "N/A", and therefore not useful. This caused renumbering of the lower lines in the Test Data Sheet.

IMPORTANT SCHEDULING NOTE:  If at all possible, I'd like ALL TDM V.2 tests to be complete by 01/31/2020.



The reason for this is that after we finish the testing, we have to do proofreading of the test plan/report and the document, which will take a little while. After that, we have to go through the Area Director, CESG, and CMC for their various reviews and polls. I was seriously hoping to buy all a beer in Huntsville, but based on the length of time "the end game" takes, it looks more like it will be Toulouse (which is not BAD, but I'd like to get this document out the door and onto the Blue Book list so we can start seriously on TDM V.3 under Cheryl's leadership. It's possible we could still make publication by Spring 2020 Meetings, but I think unlikely.

P.S.: The document date says "November 2019", and of course today is December 2019. I could have changed it but I was lazy. So pretend today is 30-November-2019.  :-)
