Clever! I don't think I've heard of that rule, but if it exists I'm seriously delinquent based on past performance. Mea culpa. What's the statute of limitations? I may owe several rounds...

Nevertheless, this sounds like it could be a fun tradition to establish... perhaps we'll have occasion to implement it at the upcoming Spring Meetings.

Since I’m somewhat new(er) to the Nav WG than some, can you please remind me about the rule that the lead editor of a standard has to buy all other Nav WG members a beer once this document milestone is achieved?  I’m still a bit foggy on how it works.
