Hi David

I'm easy on this, I think those with early/late meeting times should decide, the UK will always be at an acceptable time of the working day with these three options.

Best Regards

Brian

Subject: [MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Fixed Meeting Time for Future Nav WG Telecons

All:

While waiting for people to join today's CCSDS Nav WG telecon, we had some discussion of the telecon time. For quite a while we have been using a fixed UTC time of 1300, which means that the local time fluctuates back and forth by an hour for most attendees. There was a proposal that the meeting be held at a fixed local time. There was no objection voiced to the fixed local time concept.

As I prepared to send the announcement for the next meeting on 21-March, I realized that there are three choices from which to choose. Please let me know your preference. Majority rules.

1. Leave the local time fixed as it was today, 14-Feb-2018 (see below):

Local Time 14-Feb-2018
======================
Los Angeles  : 5:00 AM 0500
Denver       : 6:00 AM 0600
Houston      : 7:00 AM 0700
Washington DC: 8:00 AM 0800
London       : 1:00 PM 1300
UTC          : 1:00 PM 1300
Darmstadt    : 2:00 PM 1400
Toulouse     : 2:00 PM 1400
Krasnoyarsk  : 8:00 PM 2000
Tokyo        : 10:00 PM 2200
Daejon       : 10:00 PM 2200

2. Establish the local time fixed as it will be at next telecon, 21-Mar-2018 (see below, one hour later than today for USA, same time as today for Europe and Asia):

Local Time 21-Mar-2018
======================
Los Angeles  : 6:00 AM 0600
Denver       : 7:00 AM 0700
Houston      : 8:00 AM 0800
Washington DC: 9:00 AM 0900
London       : 1:00 PM 1300
UTC          : 1:00 PM 1300
Darmstadt    : 2:00 PM 1400
Toulouse     : 2:00 PM 1400
Krasnoyarsk  : 8:00 PM 2000
Tokyo        : 10:00 PM 2200
Daejon       : 10:00 PM 2200

3. Establish the local time fixed as it would be at the first telecon after the Spring Meetings, some time in May 2018 (see below, one hour later than today for everyone in USA and Europe, Asia stays the same):

Local Time xx-May-2018
======================
Los Angeles  : 6:00 AM 0600
Denver       : 7:00 AM 0700
Houston      : 8:00 AM 0800
Washington DC: 9:00 AM 0900
London       : 2:00 PM 1300
UTC          : 1:00 PM 1300
Darmstadt    : 3:00 PM 1400
Toulouse     : 3:00 PM 1400
Krasnoyarsk  : 8:00 PM 2000
Tokyo        : 10:00 PM 2200
Daejon       : 10:00 PM 2200
