[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] FW: [Cesg-all] About CCSDS Fall Meeting 2019 in Darmstadt

This tentative selected date for 2019 Darmstadt appears to sit on top of IAC 2019 (see http://www.iac2019dc.org/ ).

This would be a mistake, in my opinion, for several reasons (not least of which I would once again be precluded from participating!).

Do I understand correctly that they are asking for 2019, or did they actually intend 2018?

I know of no reason why the proposed dates should be re-planned.

Please advise if you know of a compelling reason why these dates are infeasible.

we are in the process of  booking the conference facilities for the 2019 Fall Meeting in Darmstadt
We propose the following dates;

21-24 October 2019 : Technical Meetings
25 October 2019: CESG Meeting
28 October 2019: CMC/CESG Meeting
29-30 October 2019 : CMC Meeting

Please let me know if those dates are all right, or if you see conflicts with other conferences, forums, etc.
Kindly let me have your input by 9th February, as we need to urgently book the facilities.
