[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Navigation Data Messages v3.4

All,
I am attaching the current v 3.4 in both the changes accepted and changes tracked version. Upcoming work is deciding on long or short intro (sent previously), redoing the Bibliography and Glossary, and a few equations to be edited after I talk to Tom Gannon.
I have attached the comment-resolution matrix. The TBD (to be done) are the equations that need to be modified. The TBD? Are equations in figures that have not been modified from the current final v. 3, so if the equations look good in that edition, they should carry over when Tom produces the final edit.
One other issue is connection of the Book's Glossary with the CCSDS Glossary in SANA.
