NOTE:  Per recent communication from Tom Gannett, the document will be 508.1.

Please advise when your Technical Review is complete...

Dear David,

As you might have noticed I distributed WB7 to the working group a few minutes ago. I did my best to proof read it and meet all the technical editor's requirements, which led to a large number of editorial changes. Nevertheless, I think it is ready for Mario's approval.

I have attached the changes accepted version (both .docx and .pdf) and a spreadsheet that is the 'source file' for the only actual figure in the document.

Please let me know if there are any extra steps required from my side.
