[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] ADM Pink book 1.2

Hi,

Here is the new version of the ADM (at last!).

Some aspects still needs improvement, but the major changes are there.
I included comments that  justify choices or show aspects that are not totally
finished or for which some decision has to be taken.
In particular the examples are (almost) unchanged, even if the now recommended
conventions are not guaranteed to be exactly the same as the ones used in the examples
(but the conventions used were not very clearly described in the ADM V1 standard).

It think that should be OK for a discussion in the next meeting, if you have time
to have a look.

I'll try to make more improvements to the document (in order to save time), but I won't send
any other version before the meeting.
