Agenda:

1. How will the SMM and OCM will best address requirements to describe maneuvers, e.g., will the OCM extract subsets of an SMM superset? or should there be some other approach?
2. Time Permitting:  Document status / Action Items Review & Status. I've attached a current update of the Action Items list and we will need to select new target dates for many items.
