[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] CCSDS Navigation Data - Definitions and Conventions

We will soon be embarking on an update of the "original" CCSDS Navigation Green Book, the "Definitions and Conventions" http://public.ccsds.org/publications/archive/500x0g3.pdf .  Dale Force will be the Lead Editor for this effort.  In the past, several members had stated that they had suggestions for the Green Book.  If so, please forward your thoughts to Dale.  There is no huge rush for this, because the update effort will take a while... Dale will need to familiarize himself with the document, and it will be on our Cleveland agenda.  But anyway, it seemed a good idea to let you all know about this impending effort.
