Happy New Year!  

Two bits of good news here:

(1)  We received approval from the CMC to initiate the Agency Review for
the Pointing Request Message (first results in the list), and

(2)  We received approval from the CMC to publish the Navigation Data
Messages Overview Green Book (last results in the list).

A great way to start off 2016!
