Subject: Coffee and Logistics - Remainder of the Week

Dear CCSDS Working Group Chairs and Area Directors,

I have a couple of items that I just wanted to let you know about regarding the logistics for the remainder of the week.

·        Coffee – at this time, there are only plans for coffee in the morning on Thursday 7 April 2016 and Friday 8 April 2016. There are coffee pots available in the individual hotel rooms and there is a Starbucks coffee shop downstairs on the first floor (away from the lobby when exiting the elevators).

·        CCSDS and Activities on the 6th Floor – As a reminder, CCSDS participants should please refrain from consuming food items intended for other events/venues. If you can, please remind your working group participants that any food/beverages not in the 7th floor lobby are not intended for CCSDS consumption.

·        Sign-In Sheets – The Secretariat requires all sign-in sheets be filled-in and returned after the meetings so that they can be logged and utilized for meeting planning for the next technical meetings in the Fall and for future presentations of our activities. If you have not returned your sign-in sheets, please send me an email and let me know when you would like to return them. Per the Secretariats schedule, sign-in sheets are dropped off before each meeting and picked up (when they are available) at the end of each morning and each afternoon session.
