[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Pointing Request Message (PRM) W2.6 for Agency Review

Dear Mario:

In accordance with section 6.2.2.2.1 of the "Organization and Processes
for the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems" (CCSDS A02.1-Y-4),
I am forwarding you the Proposed Draft Recommended Standard "Pointing
Request Message" for your review and potential delivery to the CCSDS
Technical Editor to initiate a formal Agency Review.  Per discussions at
the CCSDS Spring 2015 Meetings in Pasadena, the Navigation WG agreed that
this document is technically and editorially mature and ready for
review by the CCSDS Agencies.

The MS Word version of the document is attached for your review, as well
as a PDF version (which may be more suitable for comprehensive searches in
the document should you so desire).
