[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] Minutes from CCSDS Nav WG Telecon 10-Dec-2014

Attached are minutes from today's telecon.  Also attached is an updated
list of action items assigned at London.

Note:  I reported the various sign-in issues that we experienced to the
responsible parties, and unfortunately the sign-in screens are under the
control of Cisco.  However, there are rumored to be improvements to the
sign-in screens in a newer release that is scheduled for February 2015
implementation.  Looking forward to that!

Final minutes from the London meetings will hopefully come out today (but
maybe tomorrow)...

An invitation to the next telecon in January has been sent (Happy New
Year!!!)
